Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
I am a California resident with my prop 215 physicians recommendation. If i were to buy marijuana from another California medical marijuana patient off of craigslist would i be breaking the law?

Buying marijuana on craigslist, whether or not you think it legal, is a bad idea for several obvious reasons. One of them is, the person you contact could be an undercover narc who might not care at all about Prop 215 or physician recommendations or cards. As craig says, avoid scams, deal locally.
