I would agree with Mr. Markus. You should do some research on-line. There are many on-line resources (e.g. websites, Blog's, etc) that provide a good comprehensive explanation of the process. In addition, if and when you hire an Attorney to file your Bankruptcy they can provide you with more of the specifics as to your case.
