If I qualify--name removed--file cdhapter 7, once the bankruptcy is discharged would I have--name removed--pay the debt in a time? I also have 2 suv's, do I take them back--name removed--the dealer ship before I file?

Chapter 7 bankruptcy will remove your "normal" debt repayment obligations period, if you qualify thru the means test. You do not have to return your vehicle(s), however, we would need more background facts from you. Contact us directly for a free phone consultation.
