chapter 7 closed without bankruptcy
my bk was closed w/o discharge for not completing the iccpfm. now one of the creditors listed in my case is garnishing my wages. can they do that? and is there a time limit on re-opening to obtain a discharge if i complete the course. i acted as my own attorney
