Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

recent brain surgury patient facing bankruptcy

i own a security company and make pyments to the i.r.s.on a settled amount and now i may face bank ruptcy or debt consolidation i dont know? i am not out of the woods yet medically still face radiation treatment, now i have to face a wage garnishment from emergency medical bill and car repo, and other bills all together dont amount to 25,000 total i just dont know if i can face this stress in my life? this is not the way to recover from a brain tumor? but what can i do? all the medical bills have resulted from emergency service and one credit aprox 5000 and store card about 1000.00 and other bank auto repo about 5000. i am very frustrated but keep saying to my self this is america and they have a system. please help if you can. thank you.
