Legal Question in Business Law in California
Arts and Crafts show contract
Are there some standard points that would be wise to include in a contract with vendors who will rent space at an Arts and Crafts` sale that we will be holding at our dance studio facility? Is there a standard pre-printed contract available somewhere?

No, there is no 'free form contract' to cover such things. The consequences of poor drafting such agreements would be quite expensive, so legitimate businesses recognize it is better to spend a little money on legal fees now, rather than a lot later in litigation when disputes arise that would have been prevented by an appropriate agreement. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing this correctly.
