Have you appeared? Do you have an attorney? Are you one of many defendants? Is it a class action?

respond to what? If you are in a 'complex' litigation matter, you are in over your head, and definitely need experienced counsel to avoid disaster.

Use judicial council form for Case management statement file atleast 10 court days before the hearing.
