Legal Question in Business Law in California

As a commission only salesman, does my company have to provide me with monthly itemized sales reports. How do I know what I am being paid, or not paid on. I have requested these reports multiple times.

I agree with Mr. Jefferson. There's nothing I know of in the California codes requiring a company to disclose detailed records of sales to its commissioned salespeople. It would be a matter of private contract. However, it is possible that a contract could contain a formula that a court would say obliges the company to make certain data needed for its calculation available to the salespeople.
