I would like to get information about obtaining a license to sell jello shots

You need a license from your local health department to sell gelatin desserts. You need a license from the Alcoholic Beverage Commission to sell alcoholic beverages.

It's called a liquor license.

You would need a liquor license and probably some local licenses, too. How are you planning to sell them? Are you going to be selling them to the end user or to bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, etc.? You will need to do different things depending on how you plan to sell the product. Also, you probably should establish a company to conduct business.
