Legal Question in Business Law in California

Company website

I run a web business and i wanted the advantages of protection that an LLC offered, so i set up an LLC (formed in California)

E.g. my company is called ABC, LLC and my website is called ABC.com

How can i link the LLC and the website legally, so the website is owned and operated by the company.

Re: Company website

If you have access to the domain control panel, change the owner of the company from you personally to the company's name. You can also provide a personal bill of sale, or capital contribution, (depending on how you are set up and what is needed) from you to the company transferring the name. You may also want (but not required for an LLC) have a corporate resolution to aquire the domain name from you personally.

Hope this helps!

By entering into and adopting the correct contracts necessary to do that. If interested in having experienced counsel do it, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and fees.
