If I signed a contract in Pencil, is it legal and binding contract?

Signing a contract in pencil doesn't make it any less binding than if you signed it in pen, crayon or via fax.

Whether a contract is valid and binding depends upon many factors, but the type of writing instrument used for the signatures is not among them. Signing in pencil does not render a contract invalid, though the contract may have other, more serious defects.

Ditto to what the other attorneys say. If there's some reason you no longer want it to be binding, take it to a lawyer and discuss with her or him the circumstances of the contract's execution. Perhaps you were induced by misrepresentations about the subject of the contract, or someone physically threatened you to make you sign. Good luck!
