The dealer contract.

I got a car from a dealer ship and they assured me that everything would be fine. Now after two months of having the vehicle they are telling me that i cannot be financed and that i must return vehicle or have some one else finance me. We signed the contract and he did not inform me that i was stil waiting to get financed i was under the impression i was because we signed the contract and he said everything was finalized. what can i do?

That's pretty standard. Read your contract. It should say that the deal is subject to financing.

To sell the car, and to make the transaction quick, the dealership pulls your credit and assumes you can get proper financing. Sometimes the dealership is wrong. Probably because the salesman is eager to sell a car.

Anyway, read your contract. You may find the answers there. Also, if you paid any money for the car, you should get it all back if the dealership wants to unwind the deal. The end result may be that you got a free car to drive for a couple of months.
