Legal Question in Business Law in California

I found someone who sold movie tickets for 70% off the Fandango price. And I sold those on eBay for profit. Fandango sent me a cease and desist order to not sell on eBay or any other website. So I continued selling through email, but somehow, they caught me again and now say they are taking legal action. I'm 17 years old right now and made about $500. What will happen?

Probably nothing once they find out you're 17. If you get a lawsuit handed to you, write back.

You might be charged as an adult. Call a lawyer.

To keep selling tickets after they caught and warned you wasn't smart. You might tell them your just a kid, only 17 and they will likely drop it. Taking legal action is expensive for them. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.

IF you are sued, you'll have to pay an attorney to defend the case. If hired early, he might be able to get them to drop it or settle cheaply with you, but no guarantees.

If you are arrested and charged with a crime, same answer about hiring an attorney early, only with higher costs and consequences.

If serious about hiring counsel to help get you out of the problems you've generatedf, feel free to contact me.
