I bought a car I never got the registration plus i was supouse to get financing. so i asked the guy if i was supose to make the payments to them he said no you are going to get a payment booklet by mail from the bank so wait. it's been 5 months and nothing jet no payment booklet no registration. I made a couple of calls to them they said to wait. i called back today so he said that i owe them 7 late payments but they are not a financing agency. the contract saids YOUR PAYMENTS SCHEDUAL WILL BE: contract subject to credit approval. he said the we didn't get approved but we never got contacted by any-one bank or dealer. plus we gave them a 1,000 dollar down-payment. for 98 HONDA ACCORD. is there any-thing i could do.

Re: fraud

Very, very weird. If your loan wasn't approved, they should have demanded that you return the car. Send 'em a certified return receipt letter (keep a copy) demanding written notice of the status of the loan. If there's no loan in place, you might want to get your own financing. Check out www.vehix.com and see if there's anything fishy about your vehicle. You'll need the VIN number.
