Fraud and misrepresentation in financing a motor vehicle

A senior citizen on a fixed income went to buy a motor vehicle and dealer talked her into buying 2 vehicles in order to buy both vehicles dealership deceived financing institutions is there any recourse that can be taken because senior citizen could not afford both vehicles, and financing institutions are not aware that both vehicles were financed at the same time based on the same income, and now senior is losing both cars. If they institution were aware of this thye would've only financed one vehicle.

Most California counties have a Council on Aging that acts as a clearinghouse for information on assistance to senior citizens, including referrals relating to financial scams and fraud. Try www.councilonaging.com.
