judgement against me

I want to start business what step should i take first to protect my self Should deal this judgement before I do anything i would like to fight it Is that still posible

Judgments are not 'fought' once entered. If it was entered by default against you, you have only 6 months to try to overturn it. You also may have had right to appeal, which had to be done within 2 months of judgment. After that, judgments will stay with you until paid or you file bankruptcy.

You can start a business by incorporating it, so that it is not subject to your judgment, but your income from the business will be.

That's life; debts get paid, one way or another.

How was the judgment taken against you? Was it by default or trial? Was this a California judgment. Need a little more information.
