Non Compete Clause (Purchase Agreement)

In california, If a seller, sells his company to a buyer. Then within 2 years later, he has personal investments in another company and is taking away business from the buyer with another competing company. Is this violation of the non compete clase in the Purchase Agreement.

The only way you're going to get an intelligent and useful answer is to have the actual facts reviewed and compared to the language of the actual non-compete provision.
