If our S-Corp name is Mieko's Properties' Inc, can we just have "Mieko
s Properties" on our business cards, leases, advertising, etc?

Unless you can file a DBA for the corporation under "Mieko's Properties," you must use the full legal name "Mieko's Properties Inc." on your business cards, leases and advertising. |
