Legal Question in Business Law in California

Sprint has been overcharging my account every single month for at least a year. I have to call in every single month to have them credit my account. I don't know if some people don't check their bills are paying the bill when they don't owe that amount. I think I have caught every one of them but it keeps happening. It can be anywhere from one dollars to 20.00 plus dollars. I can't cancel because of the contract I have with them any suggestions.

You might consider contacting Sprint in writing. They have an address on their billing statements to which you may send any written communications and dispute billing. If you want out of the contract, you might try recounting each instance of overbilling on every bill, and tell them that you consider their conduct to be a breach of the service agreement, and ask them if they will agree to simply cancel your service agreement. You will probably still retain the right to take your telephone number with you.
