Congratulations to you on starting your own business. You'll need to: obtain legal and tax advice; form a corporation appropriate to your tax goals; register with local, state and fed tax agencies; create and maintain a web site; draft the various legal contracts, disclaimers and liability releases; etc. I'll be happy to help you.
