Legal Question in Business Law in California

Violation of Policy

Hello,

I recently submitted the Letter of Intent to M.A.C Cosmetic and the reason was one of top executive suggested me to submit due to sales volume of my company is so high (more than $100,000 a month).

However, I suspect that this was a lie or bait for them to collect the information of my company to create a litigation because, M.A.C Policy says that no one can resell their products and limited to buy no more than 3 per item per customer.

By submitting a Letter of Intent revealing my sales volume and company info and whatnot makes automatic proof of violation that I've been making bulk quantity purchase.

If anyone out there has comments regarding this matter or legal point of view who can provide, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you folks!

So you knowingly provided them an admission that you violated their policies, and NOW you decide to seek an opinion? Better late than never. Suggestion: say nothing more without counsel. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need in this if they threaten any action against you.
