bullying and parents rights @ school and outside of school

What legal requirements does the school have to protect my child from being bullied, and can I get a restraining order against a minor (age 14 or 15)? Can I sue the school or parents?

Schools don't have much liability, despite the propaganda you may see in the media. Yes, you could file suit or TRO against the parents and child, if you have enough evidence, against the school is not likely to succeed.
