Re: civil bench warrant

An attorney may appear for you on a misdemeanor. An attorney will reduce bail on a felony, and you will be given a discount by bailbondsmen. Contact me directly.

Re: civil bench warrant

"CIVIL" bench warrant?

If you actually mean 'civil', that implies it is for a contempt of court charge, failure to appear as a witness, or something like that in a lawsuit proceeding. You'd have to appear [with your attorney if you're smart] before the judge and try to get the court to withdraw the warrant, pay a fine, or otherwise negotiate a 'deal' to avoid jail.

If you mean an arrest warrant in a criminal case, which is where virtually all warrants are issued, you'd appear [with your attorney if you're smart] and try to get the court to withdraw the warrant and let you stay out on reduced bail or O.R. during the pre-trial process.

Wither way, feel free to contact me if you're serious about getting that legal help, if the case is in SoCAL.
