Re: Leash Laws

Your service dog provider should be able to answer this question. If you feel that someone has discriminated against you because you have a service dog, the laws are very strict and very much in your favor. One time I successfully sued a major fast food chain for refusing to serve customers with service dogs. If I can be of help in any way, please let me know.

Yes there certainly are rules that you should know. The trainer or provider of your service dog should have extensively educated you on all the rules and regs, your rights and responsibilities. You can go to guidedogs.com for some basic information. After learning the rules, IF you think you've been actually discriminated against or been denied access, feel free to contact me for help.
