If you are on through error, and are not convicted of a sex crime, then by motion to the convicting court proving that.

If you were convicted, then by special motion to the convicting court, with pleadings and declarations sufficient to convince the judge to do so for 'good cause' and 'in the interests of justice', which does not mean 'because you don't like it' or that 'it causes you hardship'. It would require substantial showing of changed life, and would seldom be successful.

If you're serious about doing so, and think you have substantial grounds, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and costs.
