can i take off a restrainer off of someone when they turn 18 if there mom put it on them and if so can you tell me how to do it

.What do you mean by a restrainer? Are you perhaps talking about a restraining order against you preventing you from seeing a minor? If so when the minor becomes an adult they can go to court and get it lifted as long as they are not incompetent
