Restraining order

What can a company do if an employee files a restraining order against another employee and they work within a 75 yards of eachother and the restraining order is for 500 yards.

If you are the restrained party, you should have opposed the terms at the court hearing. Now, go back to court to seek amendment of the order to protect your job.

If you are the one seeking the RO, then the court will have to decide at a hearing how to 'protect' you while not forcing the other party to be fired
