Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

my son just turned 18 and now he's being charged with pc 245 (B ) and he plead's not gilty , he has alredy gone to court three time's , he was at a party and they was some kids that wanted to start trouble with him so he pulled out a gun and shot off a gun to scar the other guy's but he did not intent to shoot at them ! so now their saying that their a person that say's that he could of shot at them ,so I just want to know ,what could happen in a case like this !! I cant afford a lawyer and I'm not sure that his public defender is their to help him !!

No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or elsewhere are going to help you or him. He has an attorney, the PD. Try to talk to him, or hire private counsel to take over. Those are your choices. There is nothing wrong or deficient about the PD, they are well qualified attorneys. They just don't have any time to give personal attention or hold your hand. They have numerous cases on calendar every day. Private counsel gets paid to give personal service.
