The judge threw out my law suite. I plan to file a motion to reconsider.

1. How much time do I have to file the motion to reconsider?

2. Does this extend the 60 day time line for an appeal?

The judge threw out your "law suite"? Maybe it's because you don't know what you're doing. No, maybe it's because you can't even spell "lawsuit."
