Legal Question in Technology Law in California

Spinning thanks to Spun.com

Tried to purchase a game over internet. They declined my Visa/debit card because my mailing address didn't match what the bank had. (We moved) Said that they would hold order for 24, if I didn't respond then it would be cancelled. I did not respond. 7 days later they debit my account, overdraw it, send email saying expect delivery soon. What can I do?
