Hi i have a website business idea and I would like to pitch it to a very successful social networking website. how can i protect my idea and what is a fair cut if they will work with me? Please help. Thank you.

Typically, if you believe you have a truly innovative idea, you would require the prospective investor to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your rights.
