make and sell question

Is it legal to make and sell a product that assists individuals in the concealed growing of marijuana? JUST a product no marijuana seeds or plants or anything illegal like that are sold. If you go to eBay and do a search for ''Stealth Hydroponics PC Case'' you'll see exactly what I'm referring to. Items like this are sold all over the internet but never do you see a pot plant in any pictures and the word marijuana is often replaced by ''herb''. Is this a necessary way around selling such items that purely just assist in the growing of weed or is it allowed to say it's designed for growing weed?

If you sell a product and you announce that it is intended for growing marijuana, guess what? It's illegal to grow marijuana and that could make you a co-conspirator or seller of narcotics paraphernalia. You could possibly market the same product to people who grow tomatoes or rutabagas. Try advertising in Rutabaga Week.
