Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

S uing the Federal Governement

Is it possible to have a class action suit filed against the federal governement, Senators, Congresspeople, President, Vice President, Secretary of the Treasury? The suit would be for negligence to carry out their sworn duties to uphold the constitution and vote as their constituients want instead of voting the way a lobbiest wants them to vote. Please let me know if I can start this and where to start if possible.

It's possible to file such a suit, but not to win it. The suit would be dismissed long before the purported class could even be certified. Because of separation of powers, the judicial branch of our government cannot control how the executive or legislative branches do their jobs.
