Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Seizure of documents not pertaining to warrant.

My home was searched under a warrant specifying ''Business Papers.'' During the search a paper containing a single sided print outs of US Currency were discovered. The local police department siezed the print outs and turned them over to the Treasury Department/Secret Service. Is this contrary to the fourth amendment? Was this seizure legal?
