Legal Question in Construction Law in California

construction bid information

I am preparing a bid form for construction of a buildning. I have now USLF Construction Form 5. I need to obtain another similar form, which I will get tomorrow from the county law library. I need to create a specific fact pattern and create a custom document. I want to know what type of specific details I should include in a document like this. This assignment is due tuesday and I will be doing the bulk of my research tomorrow.

First, I have never before heard of USLF. Second, even if I had, it would be completely impossible to answer your question in this forum. You're asking for extremely fact specific legal analysis and drafting. You will have to get together with a transactional attorney who specializes in construction and contracts.
