I have a store in a shooping center wich other stores have also and each one is a sepreat unit and locked up I go to my storage comming out door will not open locked in no alarm I dont know what fire and safety code for doors is but I think that this was not the correct door does not have a push railing accros door for emergency to get out. on door inside says emergency exit alarm will sound no alarm no other exit so not a emergency exit have pic of door and sign had to cut door to get me out had a sejor while in there because to hot no ventalation windows or anything scraped back arms head and so on have pic.I think by fire code halways should be keept clear not here junk everywhere hard to get in and out when everyone has there own unit so we keep our stuff in our spot this is the centers junk they just come and dump it in there no fire extengusher.after long time got me out had to cut door they saw my injures and they have it all on reportI have also they no they did wrong they took down there sign the emergency exit and alarm I have pic have new door now with push railing because of no door security must open door when need to go inside so they open and stay until your done then they close left while inside got loked again

Well, if the owner fails to maintain a safe and code compliant premise, and you're hurt as a result, then you probably can pursue a claim for your injuries.
