Atty. Marman. I did talk to Douglas Door, and they are playing hardball. They want to charge me full price again. $210.00 Do I have a chance in small claims?

Not very likely. Judges are required to follow the letter of the law precisely. That will likely mean that the written warranty will rule and you are 30 days beyond the deadline.
