Re: cancellation refund rights

If you purchased the flight on your credit card, you need to dispute the charges within 60 days or two billing cycles to properly avail yourself to the Fair Credit Billing Act. If you are going to dispute the charge you need to 1) address a letter to the proper billing dispute address, not necessarily to the payment address, 2) Identify your account number, 3) identify the date of the disputed charge, 4) Identify the amount in dispute, 5) provide a reason why you are disputing the charge. That will at least protect your rights and force your credit card company to begin an investigation and possibly force a resolution with Expedia.
