Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My car was repossessed November 10. I received notice of repossession and sale on November 15 but stamped November 12. They set the date for sale on November 25. But did not send me the form on how to make a 10 day extension from car being sold. Do I have a case?

There are several answers to your question. Th ereality is that without reviewing your documents it is hard to say. From your discription it sounds like you may have a defense to a claim for a deficancy on the account.
