If a company has a desist and refrain order against them since 2006 and they do business with you in 2007 what they were ordered not to do is your contract with them null and void?

Re: Desist and refrain orders

If they were not supposed to do business with you, why did you enter in to a contract with them? That is the part that confuses me. The contract may be voidable, but someone would need to consider why the contract was agreed to by you.
