Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Lemon Law

I bought a brand new '99 V-Star 1100 motorcycle on May20, 2000 with 3 miles on it. I had it 4 days, putting 250 miles on it. It started making noise in rear end. I took it in to the dealer on May 25. they had it 8 days and replaced the final drive. I picked it up on June 2. Within 3 miles of leaving the dealer, it started making the same noise. I took it back on June 3. Am I entitled to get a new bike? I am concerned the the value of the bike has already gone down due to these problems and replaced parts. And it is still not fixed.
