Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I purchased this wallpaper some months ago, since they had trouble coming up with the item I was given the option to cancel my order and have my money refunded, well it has been more thatn 2 months and all I get is the run around, what can I do?

Before they used to reply to my emails, now they completely ignore me

If it's a larger chain, communicate with the district office or even corporate headquarters. If it's a small store, send a certified return receipt letter (keep a copy), making a demand and setting a reasonable but firm date under the threat of going to small claims court to obtain your money.
