Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I won a watch on an online auction but after found out that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Am I legally bound to pay for this watch or can I change my mind?

I suggest that you can email the seller and ask for assurances that they will send the watch before you pay for it. Try a credit card, so you can reverse the charges if the watch is not delivered.
