Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have applied for a apartment to live in and they ran a credit check, they told me I had an eviction on my report, but my name is not on the eviction. Two other woman names are on the report but I have no idea who they are. how can I resolve this problem?

Yes. Find out the name(s) of the credit reporting agency they used and write a letter of dispute, and ask that it be included on your credit report. You might send it to all three credit reporting agencies, and the UD Registry.
