Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

If a company cashes my check does that mean they accepted payments

I had a bad accident. The hospital bill alone was over 100k. Money in bank is low, live monthly pay check, credit cards are maxed. I have tryed to pay some on each bill each month. I have one service provider that is telling me that if I don't pay it all NOW they will turn me over to a collection agent. Example. If I owe them $600. Sent them a check for 150 which the cashed. By cashing the check did they just agree to me paying them off at 150 per month for 3 more months. Therefore NOT being able to report anything on my credit report.

Thanks.

No, the did not create an agreement for a repayment.

You situation sounds like the classic example of someone needing to file for bankruptcy. I would consult a local attorney bankruptcy attorney right away.
