Unfortunately, this is a question you are going to have to ask a lawyer who specializes in International Law. The question comes down to this - do the US and India have a treaty by which we mutually agree to recognize judgments and orders of each others' courts? In other words, India must have agreed by treaty or other agreement between the two countries that it will recognize a judgment or order of a US court for you to even have a fighting chance at this. Second, you will then have to hire an attorney in India to register the judgment over there, and then attempt to collect it. Depending upon the size of the judgment, the cost of this may exceed what you can hope to recover.
