fderal agency contacted me and they want to take me to court next friday for a loan they say i recieved last year and they gave ma a case number and i want to make sure it is legit and not a scam

If there was a real federal agency with a real case you would have been handed the documents or put in handcuffs by now. But if you have what you claim is a federal court case number I would be happy to look it up for you.
