Judgment Debtor Exam ( orap)

Can a Judgment Creditor ( if it is a corporation)

send a representative to conduct the ORAP in court

or must an attorney appear?

A representative can appear to answer the questions without an attorney but if there is a dispute of any kind over the conduct of the hearing or if an objections is needed to some questions the representative cannot represent the corporation and will be at an extreme disadvantage.
