After 6 weeks into semester, was told co-signers credit no good. get another co-signer. Could not get one. Was told to leave college until such time. Never returned. College now wants full semester tuition of $11,000.00. Is she liable for any of the amount

Re: tuition

This sounds like a difficult legal issue. One issue is why the colleged felt the co-signer's signature was no good. Was there fraud, forgery, or some other kind of misconduct on your daughter's behalf? If not, then it sounds like the college rescinded the contract, and therefore is not entitled to recover under the contract. You might want to consider hiring a lawyer to correspond with and respond to the college's claims, and maybe warn of your daughter's own lawsuit against them for breach of contract.
