Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

i have a vehicle with a loan on it i have been unable to make the current payment. how long do i have to try and sell it before they repo it. note; i am a disabled senior with no other transportation.i'mgetting desparate please help thanks gary evans 510-557-2334 or email gary [email protected]

I'm sorry you are having difficulties and your vehicle could be repo'ed. Many localities in California have paratransit services or reduced-price taxi coupons available to seniors and disabled people. Check with your local transit agency or senior center. Don't keep any valuables or important papers in your vehicle.
